i’ve been trying recently to work more on my self, both inner and outer. when i alerted a male friend about the outer portion of my self re-construction, he responded, “do side bends or sit-ups, but please don’t lose that butt!” (seriously, i have the text to prove it. …i fell out, and then commenced singing “baby got back” to myself.)
so, taking his concerns into account (and if i have to be honest, i do love my wide butt…) i just did a butt-load of butt work-outs and now my butt muscles are exhausted.
